Complete removal of existing concrete piers and reinstall helical anchors. 230 KV and 345 KV Electrical equipment were removed and reinstalled after helical anchors were completed. Equipment consisted of circuit switchers, CCVT’s, MOD’s, three phase disconnects, and LA’s.
